Eagle, I don't quite understand. You said >In attempting to download a file I'm getting this pop up message. "Unable to write to file" It's happening on more than one disk so it's not a bad disk problem.< Is it that you're trying to download to a floppy disk? If so, try downloading to your hard disk instead. Then move the file to a floppy. Floppy drives are notoriously unreliable and floppy disks more so. Gottfried
