Joe, It is better to read the pessimistic posts--more of a confirmation of a bottom, IMHO.

I think if the MSFT gains hold, we are looking at a huge rally tomorrow. I think the market was spooked by the possibility of a miss from MSFT (revenue or EPS). That uncertainty appears to be out of the way at least before we get the MSFT conference call.

I am convinced the Intel earnings yesterday caused a selloff late in the day and the same happened today on MSFT's earnings.

I am expecting serious short covering tomorrow---and not just the cover in the morning--go long--sell --and go short scenario that we have seen in recent days. Expecting real buyers coming in tomorrow as well.
