Gary & P: I have no thoughts whatsoever, excepting there are usually penalties associated with not completing an acquistion. Amd those penalties are typically large. Be that as it may, Capt_Smart has just summed it best over on Yahoo. WSTL management has lied to analysts about being comfortable with projections articulated just 3 short (no pun intended) weeks ago. How else to explain their road show communications with the investment community?

And this is a problem they had two years ago. So once again management appears to have engaged in a "got'cha" with the investment community. So...given the investment communities recognition of this, need I say that tomorrows call is gonna be, or should be at any rate, VERY interesting to listen to? I'll make final decisions regarding getting out of this equity for good or not after hearing them answer what I hope are some hard questions from the analytical community. At this point all I can say is this is amazing.....

A parenthetical aside. P had pointed out how OBV was sending a message. A message I should have been listening to more closely. It very well may be that body language, etc., may have been betraying management during this road show and some analysts were reacting accordingly.....who knows....anyway, P called it well regarding the OBV telegraph.

John~
