Now you are just getting silly- even Germany had laws against crime. Of course if Hitler had lived in a society where killing people willy nilly was ok, then killing people would have been ok. But I don't know where that society is, and Hitler wasn't in it. And actually I would argue that any country can agree to murder it's own citizens if it wants to- I support the integrity of sovereignty. I would only support international interference in violence when a country begins to step outside of it's own borders to kill. So, for example, I never support international interference in civil wars.
