Rumor has it that Jack insisted that ELAW take up to 14 months to buy out the rest of the shareholders,

Why you ask,

Very simple.

So he can dump his ELAW restricted 144 shares onto the market after 1 year, leaving 2 months to close the rest of the purchase. This of course happens before we even get our hands on our stock. Jack dumps his shares along with J and J if they sell any and dilute the piss out of ELAW right before we get our stock from them.

Dam what great timing, don't you think,

don't worry, the Judge and lawyers will be looking at that one also.
