Hi, Bosco I have read this letter and I am both underwhelmed and exasperated. When I start to think about the corporate expense for Mr. Pappas to "communicate" with us in this fashion for so little substance, I begin to return to my original questions about whether or not we have a board of directors that is looking out for shareholder value. As far as I can see, the only new information in the letter is that the Nasdaq appeal was filed on October 2. If that is important news why did it take 16 days to share with us? We are aware of Mr. Pappas' hourly rates and presumably, he runs this type of "information" past other members of his team and lawyers and consultants prior to distributing it? Does anyone else see that our Board of Directors has invited the fox into the hen house? I am not just grousing here, but looking for someone to tell me that I am wrong or what I can do if I am right. Thanks, Mike
