I would have just covered in the AH. All the put warrants do is to provide an automatic buy back plan which at the very worst provides a floor for the stock price which management feels is appropriate and which by the way, management has very good financial information to deduce AND IN ADDITION, provides a disguised and tax free dividend by reducing the amount of outstanding stock thus increasing the proportionate ownership of the remaining shareholders.

And get this, if Microsoft Corporation CHOOSES, if cash would ever be a problem, which it isn't, at its option, it can pay in stock and not in cash.
