"...currently having a terrible time with the IS website..." No, it's not you. It is obvious that the company that designed out web site is not able to host it adequately, regardless of their claims to the contrary. I am going to deal with this once and for all this week, and find myself a real company to take care of the site and all it's users. Sorry for the inconvenience. Teresa
