This defensive position is very interesting. Even though FSI is currently not being courted, does the company believe that they very well could be. This type of move makes me more confident in the stock. It looks to me like the company knows the stock is undervalued and they don't want anyone to come in and buy it cheap. Is that a fair assumption? If so, than I am more confident that after this next quarter, we should see the stock move up. Hopefully above the $20 mark.
