I thought that I was hallucinating when I saw CHKP up 17 5/16 ...especially on a wild day like today ! Here's the kicker:

"Check Point Software (CHKP) leaped 12% to $164.88 after the Israeli network security firm said earnings per share for the year should more than double. Checkpoint's third-quarter profit of 35 cents a share whizzed past the First Call estimate of 27 cents. " (Smart Money)
