For those that believe we are at the bottom of the falling stock prices ( I do for one) read the latest issue of Barron's. The weekly article on Options... The striking Price.

The author points out that the put call ratio is now at 1:89, which means that 189 puts were sold for every 100 calls. Any number over 1:50 is considered bullish. He goes on to say that when the last put is sold a prolonged rally begins. Historically for the past 12 times the put call ratio was so one sided a rally resulted.

These are significant indicators that option traders watch.

Perhaps Gottfried could chart something out so we could all say... "that's it!!!"
