W2, Just think, if GMGC can charge admission to the forum and attract enough guests, this could be a real revenue producer! Plus there are the t-shirts, hats, and other accessories to consider. And GMGC could take a cut of any concession sales. They could have the meeting in their 5000 square foot NOC, since it currently has a lot of excess capacity waiting to be utilized.
Hey thotdoc, this venting thing is sort of fun.
To raise additional revenues, they could raffle off a trip...maybe to the Cayman Islands. And why only have the forum in December. If they have it monthly, it becomes recurring revenue. Just what the street looks for in a business model. Also, they could get GM to pull some strings and get the Batmobile to come by. Imagine what forum attendees would pay for a ride in the Batmobile!?!
Anyway, hopefully we will soon get to find out from GMGC where the remaining revenue will come from that has so often been promised this year. Thanks for the link, W2.
