Cash flow not the whole answer either. It's the whole package, management, risks(country, environment, social, economic) debt, interest rates, use of cash, growth, investor psychology and relations, worker relations, supplier relations,...and probably other things I forget because I should be in bed.
In short, if enough get bad,..eps multiple of 5 and less are possible. Choose your number ;-))) I've seen everything from large negatives to hundred thousand + positives on cashflow or eps (trailing, actual or projected). |
