The Evans deal can still go through without the MPT deal happening before Nov 26th, that's if they attain condition (ii) before then. I can see the incentive though to get the MPT deal done as insurance to have the Evans deal completed.

I'll change the impact date; however you have to let me know if the year end date comes in effect.
