Hi TP
"(FYI - I am an atheist, I can explain how and why if anyone cares)"

I'm interested, what brought you to your position? For most of my life I was indifferent to God, and in particular, Jesus, but it never really occurred to me that some sort of God did not exist.

"Ethics based on reason is harder to define in concrete and absolute ways, but it is defendable on some basis of harms and preventions."

Not only ethics, but reason itself, it seems to me, have their basis in a Reasonable, moral, creator God. That seems rather obvious to me, and not at all irrational. I think Ocam's razor cuts both ways. What do you think?
