After we get the good deal(2 shares for 1 share of ANTC) then we worry about the new business.

The business of ARRIS is immediately larger, because it will report the NT portion of the Arris interactive business, which also will include the full earnings(double the present earnings). The business direction will change from cable to include network markets inclusive of push technology. Remember, cable modem is ethernet in disguise.

NT is now working on specifications of network optical technology which Cisco has to follow. You write the specs and if you have the production capacity, you own the business. ARRIS will own the business networking inside buildings. NT will own the business terminating inside the buildings.
