The advantage of paying dividends is that management is not looking for a quick killing and merge with a national bank which has exposure to FEDs' foolishness of changing their fortune by sudden interest rate increase.

This bank is building up more deposits and has no exposure to FEDs' overnight discount loans.

They also expanded into a major market in downtown Boston.

This coming year, basing at $6/share presently; may explode into the upper teens($18 for 300% appreciation); if strong hands buy into it slowly.
