Nokia's hedging minimizes the impact of currency fluctuations and is continuous, not just over a single year. Also, you seem to fail to understand that Nokia is a global company and conducts quite a bit of its business outside of USD. Do you know that it's headquartered in and that it conducts quite a bit of its manufacturing in a Euro Zone country? I think your motives in posting here are suspect and belied by your earlier comment that you don't think NOK is deserved of a valuation premium. Why would you think this? Because for whatever whimsical reason you have decided that Nokia is an unworthy company, a company to despise unlike your beloved Qualcomm. For some reason Nokia makes you feel insecure, insecure enough that you feel compelled to come to the board of a company you probably have no interest in and attempt to belittle people you don't know to assuage the anxiety this company gives you. I'm sure others on this board could explore this topic better than I.
