Blue Wave Systems ComStruct 3G Wireless Design Win Results in Orders of $4 million
Cumulative Value of Orders for 3G Mobile Testing System Exceeds $4 Million
CARROLLTON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 2000--Blue Wave Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:BWSI - news) today announced volume ComStruct(TM) orders with a cumulative value of more than $4 million from a leading provider of wireless data solutions. The customer is using the ComStruct VME/C6420 Digital Signal Processing (DSP) resource board to provide the functionality and processing power required to carry out practical trials on third generation networks.

The value of orders placed by this customer to date exceeds $4 million. The company shipped orders to the value of $1.1 million during fiscal year 2000 and $1.0 million in the first quarter of this fiscal year. Blue Wave plans to ship a further $1.8 million during fiscal Q2 and Q3.
