The only way Luicho would pencil would be to find at least two million ounces, probably closer to two and a half million to justify the capital costs. Cash costs would likely be OK. The option would also have to be restructured significantly as well, probably to an NSR. I don't see those two outcomes as impossible, but it is certainly problematic and a long shot. Of course the option to NSR restructure would have to be accomplished very soon, before drilling continued. I have no idea about the mentality of the Peruvian property holder, but if he is smart, there are certain realities he will need to face? I doubt if others are waiting in the wings to take over PFG's position.
