Rauf - SUNW's actual field MTBF on their larger systems (UE10000 and UE6500) is less than 98.5, not exactly a testimonial to high reliability. You are obviously taking a partisan position based on your own experience. Real world data suggests that well designed systems running Win2K have better MTBF (i.e. better reliability) than well designed systems running Solaris on UE10000. The factors keeping SUNW in the saddle have nothing to do with reliability.
