Wolf,

Institutions control 80% of every dollar that is in the US market, and imho it's all about Fidelity. They are the biggest. I believe they manage over a trillion dollars, and a good deal of it is our 401K money.

These sector charts show tech funds are breaking down, cracking under pressure. I wonder what the outflow has been like??? I also wonder if we'll get a cosmetic rally, which will then be sold, giving way to further decline or maybe a long basing period.

I could sense it yesterday, traders wanted their rally. They've latched on to some very low priced techs and now they want to at least have a snap back to sell into. Who knows? Maybe we'll even just zoom right back to Nasdaq 6000 and this is just a game of chicken, but it looks more serious than that and I'm sure the fund managers of some of these tech funds are getting worried about inflow.
