and those who have Good Will towards ESTM
but who may not yet have averaged down to offset
their losses!!!
ESTM has CHANGED its business model.
Some of the original applications software
will remain, and some, will either be sold off
filed away, or, scrapped.
The catalyst in this change of MARKET SPACE
was, In my view, the Microsoft Board Member.
A privately confirmed "ESTM is very important
to UPS" message a couple of months back from
a well informed friend put me on the scent.
I believe it was the MSFT director who was instrumental in
setting up the Kewill relationship.
Kewill announced their strategic partnership
with Microsoft this week.
Stamps and Pitney Bowes daily have less
and less significance to ESTM and occupy a
different space going forward.
Electronic Postage is now, but one component, just
a tool in ESTM's new arsenal.
Their focus is now in Global logistics and
tracking...a little research into their recent
deals and PR's alone will help focus the
mind as to maybe a better business "title"....
but there can be no doubt that they have a different business model.
Share prices have gone from dizzy heights
to abysmal lows before, and eventually gone
bust...that is true....and whenever it was
true there was usually no evidence to the
contrary.
But ESTM's position, quite clearly supports the
view that there is ample evidence to suggest
that it will be turned around, and not without
the help of some VERY HEAVY HITTERS who, for
their own reasons want to see it survive, and,
any help and support from their existing band
of supporters, now sitting on the fence,
would'nt go amiss either!!!!!!
