I don't know what the stock closed at for the end of the quarter, however that may make a differerence. If below $18 I believe the convertible Deb will be counted as a loan and earnings per share will look higher than if it closed at $18 or higher when the debenture is considered equity. Maybe someone knows it the stock was under $18 and if the accounting rules change the convertibles back and forth depending on price? There was sure a negative impact to the stock the 1st time the debenture was counted as equity..
