I find this development almost unbelievable. It seems to imply that the S isomer causes a shortening of the QT interval which prefectly complements the R isomers lengthening of the QT interval. Huh???

This calls into question the theory that the drugs in SEPR's pipline should carry a lower risk premium than the typical biotech. The idea was that SEPR was purifying known drugs, resulting in less or similiar side effects, but not more side effects.
