JT and group, For those clients that are having connectivity problems, please make sure you are on the latest version of QCharts (4.0.1.12) or at bare minimum have the latest DLL (2000.10.8.0). You can download the updates from quote.com . This update addresses not only decimalization, but also properly redirects users from mtnview to snyvale routers. ~Jay
