The cycles guy on the local radio has one more retest at end of month, but the market is up till end of this week after the cycle low yesterday. We should make a higher high this week to set up the positive divergence for the last retest. If you go back and check prior market bottoms, you'll often find the expanding or broadening formation near the end of the trend. He's either # 1 or # 2 on the timer digest and does only short 2 minute market recaps daily. Friday 27th will be his monthly program. He's looking for a year-end rally after next week.
