LOL! That is the funniest thing I have ever heard on a corporate phone system (that wasn't planted there maliciously).

In the early days of voice mail (my employer at the time was a pioneer in the engineering and sales of the technology), a female manager thought she was replying to a voice male from a colleague, and the subject was not exactly company business, but more of a review of the preceding evenings ummm der ahhh ...activities together.

Instead of replying to her friend, she forwarded his message with an "introduction" to her entire sales team. Needless to say, it was soon in everyone's "inbox".

Glad I never did that!
