Jim (and Scanner)- I agree with everything you state except for one point. Unfortunately the $325 million is coming out of new debt ANTC is going to issue. That was stated in the CC. My agreeing does not mean what we think is correct. I happen to be guessing the same way you are and I don't believe everyone else is. As far as details of Arris Interactive, IMO we have to wait for the SEC filing. I'm assuming a transaction of this nature(semi-IPO of Arris Interactive) would require an extensive one. One may get lucky and get details in the next CC. But knowing how inept ANTC is at communications(BTW forecasting too) with investors that may be disapointing. -MikeM(From Florida)
