joe...it is only mid october. we have plenty of time to get a rally underway in the micros. once consensus grows that the bottom is in on the major averages we will get some confidence coming back into the mkts and then buyers should step forward. in fact, the earnings power down below will begin to be seen as superior to the mid and large caps in my opinion. it will happen.
