The way to trade this is all outlined in our Education section and is taught in our Trader's Master Class. Excerpts are from *Sage Advice Newsletter for Investors and Traders.* October 17 Issue: TERESA’S PICKS TO WATCH EXTR is bound to come up on everyone’s radar screen for tomorrow, as it is now in a test of top situation. The setup is exactly the same as CIEN, as today made a new marginal intraday high of $128 7/8 vs. the old high of $128 ¼. The first target on the downside upon failure is the 20-day EMA at 106. The second target would be the last swing low at 92ish. October 18 Issue: TERESA’S PICKS TO WATCH EXTR failed its test of top. The setup is exactly the same as CIEN, and the first move down hit the first target on the downside at the 20-day EMA at 106. Additional downside targets are the 50-day MA below at 97ish and then the last swing low at 92ish. Should EXTR break today’s low during market hours tomorrow, traders who are short should adjust their stop loss down further to the high of tomorrow’s trading, whatever that is at the time that the break of today’s low is made.
