Ray, About 15 years ago I was down in MEMPHIS and my friend was a contestant in one of those BAR B Q's at the time, and I got stuck overnight having to make sure there were enough hickory coals, or whatever they called them. What a bunch of drunks, ggggggggggg including myself. If I ever get back to Memphis, I got a recipe for them. ggggggggg
