re: "What is Brinker now--60% in the market? Still doesn't cut it if you believe his rally call." I am not 100% sure of this, but I believe he had said to be 65% in cash. Then he said put half of the cash into QQQ, so I believe 63% in the market. My understanding is that Bob still believes the overall trend of the broad market is down. He just sees a short term opportunity in the QQQ which will only last a month or two. You know how Bob believes in diversification. He is not going to tell anyone to bet the farm on QQQ...in fact, I think everyone is surprised he has gone this far!
