WEIR, I asked the CFO if they had issued any stock down at this level. He told me they have not issued any stock to anyone for a long time and to no one at these levels.
I told him there was a new MM on the line up and he was selling stock. He said he doesn't know who that would be.
He said we have 35 million dollar credit line and there is no cause for us to issue any stock.

Maybe the IB or the firm who gave the company the extended note knows more about it than we do and doesn't want the price to appreciate any time soon because that would affect his negotiating power. JUST MY OPINION

I am going to do a little research on the MM and see if there is any correlation.
