Internet software and services company Allaire (ALLR:Nasdaq - news) was down 3.2% in late afternoon trading following a downgrade to neutral from attractive by Bear Stearns. Allaire posted weaker-than-expected third-quarter earnings after Wednesday's close. Analyst Robert Fagin said the brokerage was "shaken by the severity and magnitude" of the effect of structural problems on revenue and earnings. FOAD Crooks!
