I believe children tell other people what they hear at home.

I have always had the theory that polls under estimate the conservative vote because many conservatives will not participate in polls because of their strong feelings about personal privacy! For example my household never participates in polls when they call. I doubt seriously that my household is alone. That is why I am not ruling out that Bush may win this election by a good margin if they can get the vote out!
