I spoke to Mr. Stevens a few weeks ago to see if I could find anything out. From what I can gather he seems to be consumed with the planet Lan's and also a newspaper he is interested in purchasing.
I asked about the listings on the Naz when they would finish the filings. He said the company could be substantially different once the aquisition if done gets completed. So I guess he is waiting for the newspaper deal to get done before finishing the filing.
