News from China: VCD demand is still strong. However, VCD price dropped in the last few weeks, because there are a lot of VCDs on the shelves. Chinese manufactures are really bad at planning. Traditionally, last quarter is the best due to Chinese New Year. They might have over produced VCDs. Put two and two together, C-cube did not stuff the channel, it is the Chines OEMs stuffed the shevles. If that is the case, ess will have a hard time too. I will try to confirm this later.
