Edwin, What do you mean by a 6% sales load? Closed end funds trade over the stock exchange (TMF is on the American Exchange) thus normal trading commissions apply. Closed end funds can trade at a premium or discount to the NAV. I believe that TMF is trading at about a 6% discount to NAV, the discount is listed in Monday's WSJ.
