Is this thread still living? I'm a long-time lurker on this thread, and have always found it useful for some great ideas, long and short. Here is most of my watchlist of potential backdoor plays. Some better than others, and some that probably will never hit the market. I'd love to add more, if anyone has any additions. The backdoor play looks dead at the moment, but hopefully with ipo market will heat up again when the market stabilizes...
