I very much doubt that any SEPR executive knew anything about this Lilly action when they sold their shares. I have enough respect for the integrity of the SEPR executives that I view a sale by them as indicative of a lack of insider information. I thus see the sales as essentially "noise" and not particularly worth commenting on - any smart executive with large option grants that are substantially in the money will sell and diversify part of his or her holding.

It's not as if the insider sales were some sort of secret - they are freely available and widely commented on at the Yahoo Club thread.

I don't particularly like your insinuation (intended or otherwise) that I somehow didn't post the information in your PM because I thought it was adverse to my holdings. If you thought it was relevant information, you should have posted it yourself.
