How come every time there's a securities fraud case, the perpetrator chooses Vegas as the site of his headquarters? Aren't there enough pimps, Ho's and Con Men there already?

Jeez, Vegas used to be a great place to gamble, get laid, party down and whatnot. With all this new riff-raff in town though, the phrase "There goes the neighborhood" has never been more appropriate. That town needs an enema!
