TXN heads the list of SPX top gainers, scoring an unbelievable 23%+ for a dowdy old stock. I don't remember TXN EVER swinging like this. Ibexx PS: As I posted around noon, TXN saw heavy institutional block buys (ratio = 3:2 in its favor)
