We all know what has happened to the DSL stocks did you listen to Texas Ins. (TXN) CC. sales of chips for DSL is booming. it is Copper M. problem that 50% of they sales was from two CLECs having financial problems. 95% of DSL deployment is done by ILECs like SBC, Verizon , BT etc they have plently of cash. Copper M. admitted they have to shift focus to ILECs. Some CLECs, however are doing very well
