Hi SW: No, Landis does not have a newsletter, but
it is not hard to figure out what he likes
from his numerous interviews or by looking at the
website:

firsthandfunds.com

which lists all fund holdings on a monthly basis
(with a 2 month delay) all the way back to 1997.
Rex Dwyer, an SI alumnus who started the BRCM,
RFMD and ADAP threads (among others) co-manages
the Telecom Fund.

PS: I would not necessarily recommend investing
in Landis' funds since I think they have become
too big (from a few millions in 97 to $7B now)
for the type of company (small to midsize) he
lies to invest in. A glance at his picks is only
useful to validate or test one's ideas.
