ssp-the s-8 filed is the shares that will be issued to the new management team.. they had 2 options on this deal,buy out all the shares the old management had or issue shares to themselves for taking over this company.. think they probably found out that the old management had diluted there shares and had no choice.. probably why the stock has tanked so bad under old management... every ceo and management has shares in there company so even though many dont have to go this route,it did have its reason... not that it makes a difference,but just figured i would add my thoughts on why you see the s-8 filed..
