Hi Brian, JDSU....not a chance. Too high a PE and it is also a Nasdaq stock without a long history.

AOL/Time Warner could be a good candidate--I did not think about that possibility. A lot could depend upon timing of the Honeywell deal as well as the AOL/TWX merger. I think they may make more than just one addition. They may make few changes all at once. They won't have a choice in that matter if by chance the AOL deal closes after Honeywell--in which case they won't have a choice but to add another at the very least. I do think that AOL closes first.

I also think GLW makes a lot of sense if they prefer NYSE stocks like they had until MSFT/INTC. The company also has a long history.

AOL without TWX won't have a chance for the DOW.

Still think CISCO will be their first choice.
