Before I'd watch SNAP too close for a long position I'd read this:

Note in particular that they fund most of the operation thru the sale of their stock and thru gov't grants. Also go back a ways and see that in 1999 they had over 100 employee's now at about 90. Also note that their agreements with Lily and the other big guys expired this year.

Also just as aside..Bloomburg TV reported on Tues. that PRU has dropped coverage from the stock. PRU was the last of the analysts to provide any coverage on the stock.

Given the present state of cash and the cash burn rate with decrease in rev's and wider losses....yuk

The one bright spot is that they have no debt, but have incurred ongoing losses of over 58 million thus far.

It appears to me that they are hanging their hat on the Genome craze..IMO that dog has already run.
