Is there an acquisition in IIIM's near future to keep the new Assistant Controller busy? Assistant Controller Coordinate and assist with potential acquisition targets and associated integration efforts, be responsible for cash management, credit card application efforts, both foreign and domestic, budgeting and other special projects. This individual would also primary responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of financial policies and procedures, would work closely with accounting manager to facilitate the financial statement close process, as well as serve as the primary liaison between finance and IS. Requirements include BA in Accounting or Finance, CPA, three to seven years of work experience, preferably three to five years with a Big Five Firm and two years in industry.
