>>>All we have to do is get a bunch of freaked out high school drivers education
teachers and send them on an all expense paid vacation to China!! In return they
spend a couple days teaching people to drive while in China, We could reduce the
cost down to...say...four months pay and half their Christmas bonus! <G> Hell
come check out who's behind the wheel here in California....it couldn't have taken 5
minutes to teach them that!! <GGG> <<<

Funny indeed. Tell me which insurance company you are going to purchase life insurance from for all your "bunch of freaked out high school drivers education teachers", I will go ahead short the insurance right way.

FYI, Aveage american driver won't survive in big Chinese city for more than 1 month. Either he/she will get killed or been put into jail for killing others. I had drived for 7 years since I arrived in state, see n the toughest place like NYC. But is no where clsoe to what you encounter in China. If you have chance, spend $1,200 (flight and hotel) and a weekend in China, experience the triffic yourself.

>>Sam just where are you from really<<

I won't answer your question with the attitude you raised it. But again, if it satisfy some of your curiosity or others who did not bother to ask, I will list some of my background here:

I am a Chinese from PRC, or plainly, Mainland China. I grow up there and got my BS in Ch.E+Business Administration from one of the best school in China. Worked for 5 years in Bank of China and later in a state Department of Transportation. Managered business loans and some civic projects. Came to state in 1990, did my MBA and paid my tuition by advising American business engaging in Chinese market in part time.
I had worked as consultant for 2 years and get hired by client (my current employer, a mutilnational Petro-Chemical Co.). The last three years, I had worked in pension management, then in negotiation starting project in China. Currently manage account receivable portfolio and relations with our customers.

If you wish to know more, have your lawyer draft a letter stating your purpose, I will be glad to send my resume to you.
